Order processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping where the promotion is available. Taxes, duties, or import fees may be charged separately by the destination country.

Estimated delivery

• Standard domestic delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Expedited delivery: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch
• International delivery: approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch

These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or local conditions.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to show movement.

Address problems and missing parcels

Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or returned to sender, contact our support team so we can help investigate with the carrier.
